About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for a Master’s level student with a passion for driving growth and fostering strategic partnerships. As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with our business team to identify new opportunities, build relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to initiatives that expand our market presence and drive revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven lead-generation strategies to support the overall business objectives and fuel the outreach pipeline.
  • Oversee the lead qualification process, ensuring consistent application of criteria and providing guidance to junior team members, including interns.
  • Collaborate closely with the investor relations team to define ideal customer profiles (ICPs), refine lead scoring models, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of interns, delegating tasks effectively, fostering their professional development in lead generation best practices, and ensuring their contributions align with the overall strategy.
  • Work with the Investor Relations team to align on messaging and ensure consistent communication across all external touchpoints. Additionally, provide support in identifying and qualifying potential investor leads.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze lead generation performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and achieve lead generation targets.
