MeBe is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Lead Generation Marketing Manager to grow our referral pipeline across our 10, multi-site locations. This role is responsible for operating the platforms to power our multi-channel, referral generation efforts using Monday.com CRM. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert in sales operations and marketing campaign execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in referral generation, business development, and sales leadership.
• Deep CRM operations experience, to build and manage outreach intiatives and performance
• Strong familiarity with tools; Monday.com CRM, PostGrid, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva or comparable
• Demonstrated success in referral generation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
• Excellent technical, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in ABA therapy, pediatric services, or behavioral healthcare preferred.
