This exciting opportunity offers unlimited earning potential through a 100% commission structure, perfect for those who thrive on results-driven work.
We are looking for 2 individuals whom we can work closely with.
Job Description:
As a freelance sales professional, you’ll be responsible for generating leads and closing deals using a multi-faceted approach:
1. Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients via phone, utilizing your persuasive communication skills to spark interest and set appointments.
2. Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with prospects face-to-face, showcasing our products/services and building relationships within local communities.
3. Online Marketing: Leverage digital platforms to create and nurture leads, employing social media, email marketing, and other online strategies.
Your primary goal will be to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively present our solutions to drive sales and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and online marketing efforts
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor our offerings to each client’s specific requirements.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to overall sales strategies.
- Continuously educate yourself on industry trends and our product/service offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for door-to-door sales activities.
- Comfortable with a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with multiple sales channels, including phone, in-person, and online.
