QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good verbal and written communication skills for outreach through emails and calls
• Prior experience in lead generation, preferably in healthcare or home care services
• Strong ability to research and identify potential home care clients using various platforms
• Ability to analyze and report on lead generation metrics

• Identify potential home care clients through research, social media, and databases
• Initiate contact with the company’s decision maker via cold calling, emails, and social platforms
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems and track performance
• Pass qualified leads to sales teams and provide feedback on lead quality
• Assist in creating targeted lead generation campaigns for home care services
