THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Generation Operations Coordinator to optimize the execution and fulfillment of our lead generation programs. This role will serve as the expert in ensuring the most effective ways to fill our lead gen programs, supporting strategy, growth, and operational excellence. You will work closely with our email marketing and teledemand teams to ensure best practices, improve processes, and drive exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Gen Fulfillment Expertise: Support the execution of lead generation programs, ensuring optimal fulfillment strategies that drive the best results for our clients. Identify and implement the most effective methods for filling programs across multiple channels.
  • Lead Generation Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with leadership to define and refine our lead generation strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Email Marketing Collaboration: Partner with our email marketing team to implement best practices, optimize targeting, and ensure campaigns effectively contribute to our lead gen goals. Support testing, innovation, and growth in our email strategies.
  • Teledemand Support and Growth: Work closely with our teledemand team to enhance outreach effectiveness, improve processes, and ensure alignment with overall lead generation strategy. Identify areas for growth and expansion within teledemand efforts.
  • Process Review and Optimization: Continuously assess and refine lead delivery processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Develop and implement checks to proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact results.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish KPIs and develop dashboards to track lead generation performance across all fulfillment channels. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a central point of contact between internal teams (email marketing, teledemand, operations) to ensure seamless execution of lead generation initiatives and process improvements.
  • Testing and Innovation: Drive A/B testing, pilot new strategies, and explore innovative fulfillment approaches to continuously enhance lead generation effectiveness and ROI.
