  • Outreach Mastery: You’ve run high-volume, multichannel campaigns and know how to craft messaging that gets replies.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re fluent with lead gen and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, NeverBounce, etc.).
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written communication, especially for outbound messaging.
  • Organized Operator: You can manage multiple live projects and outreach funnels with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive & Self-Directed: You take ownership, solve problems independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience in expert networks, market research, B2B sales development, or the investment space.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to join our Core Operations Team. In this role, you’ll lead expert sourcing and engagement efforts for ongoing research projects, using a combination of cold outreach, digital tools, and social platforms to connect with high-quality industry professionals.
Your mission: run high-conversion, multi-channel outreach campaigns that fill each project with qualified, verified experts—fast.
You’ll be responsible for managing the entire outreach funnel, from lead sourcing to scheduling, and continuously optimizing messaging and targeting to improve response rates and reduce time-to-fill.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own expert lead generation across all live research projects—from sourcing through to scheduling.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and CRM platforms to identify, verify, and contact qualified experts.
  • Build and manage multi-step outreach sequences via email, LinkedIn, and other messaging platforms.
  • Write clear, compelling outreach messages that resonate with specific professional profiles.
  • Coordinate expert scheduling with internal research teams and ensure participants meet project criteria.
  • Track response rates, optimize messaging, and A/B test campaigns to improve performance.
  • Maintain and expand Woozle’s proprietary database of vetted experts.
  • Collaborate closely with Analysts and Associates to meet project recruitment goals and deadlines.
