Your Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the front line identifying and qualifying new B2B opportunities. You’ll work closely with the sales team to fuel the sales pipeline.

Your Responsibilities

  • Make cold calls, send emails, and reach out via social media to establish first contact.
  • Qualify leads and uncover needs in IT, cybersecurity, and automation solutions.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize campaign impact.

What We Offer

  • Base salary between $45,000 and $60,000 depending on experience + uncapped commissions: you perform, you earn.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual (French/English) is essential.
  • Prospecting experience: minimum 5 years (IT or related sector is an asset).
  • Comfortable with cold calling and CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Strong listening skills and ability to quickly identify business needs.
  • Motivation to excel and a team-oriented mindset.
