Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Location(s): Irvine, CA – Onsite
Compensation: $23.50 – $28.00 Nonexempt (Hourly) before bonus’
About this position:
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and nurturing high-quality leads that support our sales pipeline and business growth. You’ll work closely with the sales team to execute lead gen strategies that drive conversions and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online sources, social media, industry events, and databases.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and email automation platforms to generate and manage leads.
  • Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and hand off to the sales team with accurate data and notes.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
  • Build and maintain a clean and updated lead database.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to evaluate lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct outbound email campaigns and cold outreach.
  • Continuously optimize lead generation processes and tools for better performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year college degree) required in business, marketing, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and lead generation tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo).
  • Ability to analyze data and spot trends and opportunities.
  • Goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, great communicator, team player who is interested in technology and today’s computing trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and outbound sales tools.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics (SEO, PPC, content marketing) is a plus.
