REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 3 years of proven B2B lead generation experience preferably in the audit, accounting, or financial services sector.

  • Proven ability to generate B2B leads with ratio of closed leads vs. total qualified leads.
  • Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and regulatory landscape.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Willingness to work on a commission-based structure, with earnings tied to performance.
  • Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented Lead Generation Expert (Female only) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B lead generation preferably within the audit, accounting & tax firm or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing high-quality leads from start to finish, contributing directly to our firm’s strategic growth. This is a Basic salary + Commission-based role with monthly performance targets.
