Learn more at carltonone.com [https://www.carltonone.com/].    About the Opportunity:  As a Lead Generation Campaign Specialist, you’ll join our Marketing Team to coordinate and execute monthly demand generation campaigns that drive new sales leads and client engagement. You’ll leverage your experience in SaaS/PaaS ABM campaigns to create compelling content and manage tactics that fuel growth.  Responsibilities:  * Plan, execute, and manage monthly lead generation campaigns, including ABM strategies. * Collaborate with regional sales teams to optimize campaign performance. * Create weekly tracking reports to measure traction and results. * Utilize tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for campaign execution. * Support North American marketing initiatives, including member communications and event marketing. * Assist in developing sales content, web copy, and email campaigns.   Qualifications:  Experience: * 3+ years in marketing lead generation, preferably in B2B SaaS/PaaS environments. * Proven ability to build targeted ABM campaigns Technical Skills: * Proficiency with lead generation platforms (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). * Familiarity with ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, 6sense, DemandBase). * HubSpot expertise for email and web content management. * Comfort with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Apollo, Clay). * Strong analytics and reporting skills using spreadsheets, dashboards, and slides.  Creative Skills: * Exceptional writing ability for persuasive marketing content. * Adobe Creative Cloud experience (preferred). Tools: * PowerPoint, Excel, Slack, Zoom, JIRA, SharePoint.
