ZigZag is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join us! *Office is located in Makati *With Commissions! Role Overview The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue by managing leads, engaging prospects remotely, and closing sales through phone calls, emails, and online communication. This role supports the sales pipeline by qualifying opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound sales calls Qualify prospects based on needs, budget, and readiness to buy Present products/services and explain value propositions clearly Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals Maintain accurate customer and deal records in the CRM Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel Coordinate with marketing, technical, and operations teams Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in inside sales or telesales (B2B or B2C) Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident, persuasive, and results-driven Ability to handle objections professionally Organized, disciplined, and target-oriented Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools Requirements: Must have experience in telesales and cold calling Must be willing to report in Makati ZigZag is committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
