Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary As the Demand Generation Lead, you’ll be responsible for designing, managing, and executing the full lead-to-call funnel. This is not a coordination or channel-specific role — it’s an end-to-end lead generation ownership position. You’ll lead strategy, oversee execution, and continually optimise for qualified discovery calls. Your primary KPI: Qualified nonprofit discovery calls booked each month. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with company goals. Own and optimise funnel architecture — offers, landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion paths. Write or direct high-converting copy for ads, landing pages, and email sequences. Manage and scale acquisition channels, including LinkedIn, SEO, paid ads, and retargeting. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints. Implement lead qualification processes to ensure only high-quality leads reach discovery stage. Monitor and analyse KPIs such as CPL, conversion rates, and booked call metrics, iterating weekly based on performance. Report on campaign performance and propose actionable insights for optimisation. 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lead generation Proven track record of designing and managing high-performing funnels (lead magnets, landing pages, retargeting). Deep understanding of B2B marketing and lead qualification systems. Strong copywriting skills with an eye for conversion-focused messaging. Experience working with CRM tools, analytics dashboards, and ad platforms. Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creative and analytical thinking.
