Description
The Lead Generation Specialist will play a key role in supporting Managed Mobile’s growth by identifying and qualifying prospective clients with small to medium-sized fleets that need routine maintenance and repair services. This role is 100% focused on outbound cold calling to create interest, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-up opportunities for the Sales team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, persistent, and energized by making outbound calls and starting conversations with potential customers. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily to potential fleet customers. Identify, qualify, and document prospective leads using Managed Mobile’s sales process. Clearly communicate Managed Mobile’s services and value proposition to decision-makers. Schedule introductory calls or meetings for the Sales team. Update and maintain accurate lead information and notes in the CRM/sales database. Follow up on previously contacted leads to re-engage and nurture interest. Support marketing and sales initiatives by sharing trends, objections, and feedback from prospects. Assist with list building and research of potential fleet customers as needed. Maintain professionalism and represent Managed Mobile’s brand values in every interaction. Qualifications & Requirements Ability to consistently make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily. Strong verbal communication skills — confident, clear, and professional phone presence. Ability to quickly build rapport and engage decision-makers. Comfortable handling objections and rejection while maintaining a positive attitude. High level of organization and attention to detail. Ability to work on multiple leads and tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM tools, etc.). Strong follow-up and time-management skills. High energy, self-motivated, and driven to succeed. Willingness to follow Managed Mobile’s structured sales process. Preferred Experience Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation. Experience working with B2B customers. Exposure to fleet, transportation, logistics, automotive, or service-related industries (preferred but not required).
