We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation specialist to join our dynamic marketing team and take ownership of our inbound engine.
In this role, you won’t just execute campaigns- you’ll design and optimize full-funnel experiences that attract, nurture, and convert leads into high-quality opportunities. You will build high-converting funnels to crafting automated nurture journeys in HubSpot.
As the architect of our lead generation strategy, you’ll guide prospects from the first click to qualified consultation- ensuring our campaigns turn prospects into clients.Compensation:

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing funnels across email, landing pages, digital ads, and website forms to attract, capture, and convert qualified leads
  • Build and optimize workflows within HubSpot, including email sequences, lead scoring models, and lifecycle stage transitions
  • Develop reports and maintain dashboards in HubSpot to track campaign performance, conversion rates, and overall ROI
  • Collaborate closely with content, design, and intake teams to deliver seamless user journeys and ensure smooth lead handoffs to our sales team
  • Implement and manage A/B testing strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and funnel conversion metrics
  • Monitor and improve cost-per-lead while continuously improving campaign efficiency
  • Set up and maintain UTM parameters, source tracking, and Google Analytics integration for accurate attribution and performance measurement
  • Identify opportunities for new lead magnets, conversion funnels, and automation campaigns
  • Troubleshoot issues in lead capture, delivery, or automation workflow performance
