POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic business development team. This role is focused on identifying and qualifying prospective clients and partners across the life sciences industry. You will be responsible for building high-quality lead lists and filtering prospects to ensure they meet the criteria for outreach by our sales team—note: this role does not involve cold or outbound calling.
You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support pipeline development, enhance targeting strategies, and help drive business growth by supplying accurate, relevant, and well-researched lead data.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3 years of experience in a lead generation, market research, or sales support role, preferably in a B2B or life sciences environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Hubspot.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Seamless.AI.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device sectors.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
  • Understanding of sales funnel dynamics and prospect qualification frameworks.
Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential leads using various online sources and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, industry databases, company websites, and event lists).
  • Build, organize, and maintain lead lists based on defined ideal customer profiles and qualification criteria.
  • Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Seamless.AI to enrich lead data and gather key contact information.
  • Work within CRM systems like Hubspot to ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and lead tracking.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with strategic goals and sales campaigns.
  • Continuously refine and improve lead generation processes based on performance data, team feedback, and market trends.
  • Monitor developments in the life sciences industry to identify new opportunities and sources for lead generation.
