Leadon Properties Inc. is hiring Lead Generation Specialists to expand our pipeline of qualified real estate clients. If you are skilled in digital marketing, outbound calling, or referral networking, this is your opportunity to monetize those skills.

Compensation Structure:

• $1,000 per client referral (buyer, seller, landlord, or tenant) once the transaction successfully closes escrow.
• $2,500 monthly performance bonus for 5+ successful referrals closing in a single month.
• No income cap – your earnings grow with every referral.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Sales, telemarketing, or digital marketing experience.
• Knowledge of real estate transactions is a plus (but not required).
• Driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
