Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Company: US-Based IT Consulting & MSP Companies
Applicants: Remote (Candidates preferred from Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Belize)
Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday (Weekends Off)
Compensation: $1,000 per month + Commission (Negotiable)

JOB SUMMARY

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying potential new clients and booking appointments for the Outside Sales Representative to follow up on. This role involves cold calling, social media outreach, email marketing, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and results-driven, with a strong ability to develop their own market focus while maintaining a high volume of daily outreach (60+ calls per day).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven ability to cold call, prospect, and convert outreach into scheduled meetings.
  • Highly motivated to build a book of business, leveraging multiple lead generation channels (cold calling, email, social media, networking).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain business relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in IT services or professional services sales is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent job experience).
  • Experience: 2-5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in lead generation or inside sales.
  • Strong ability to access and secure meetings with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute cold calling strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospects through various lead generation methods.
  • Proactively identify and qualify leads, ensuring they meet the company’s target criteria.
