• Develop and implement lead generation and marketing strategies.
• Generate and collaborate with sales team to nurture leads through targeted social media advertising and engagement strategies like email marketing.
• Track and analyse digital marketing performance.
• Conduct continuous monitoring and optimization of performance, including SEO, SEM, PPC and provide detailed reports.
• Create and maintain digital marketing reports.
• Manage and oversee the digital marketing budget.
• Create and share engaging daily content, including SMS and Email blast, images, and videos that promote the company’s brand.
• Hands-on experience in lead generation for real estate.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
