Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to UK businesses to introduce String and our Microsoft-led solutions.
  • Speak to decision-makers, understand their challenges, and start meaningful conversations.
  • Qualifying inbound leads from campaigns, forms, or downloads to ensure they meet the criteria for sales follow-up.
  • Working with the marketing team to craft better outreach strategies based on feedback from calls.
  • Testing different messaging or offers to identify what resonates best with prospects.
  • Book qualified meetings for our sales team - that’s the main goal.
  • Keep track of activity in our CRM (Dynamics).
  • Learning the basics of Microsoft solutions so you can have informed conversations with prospects.
  • Spot trends, feed insights back to the team, and help us refine our message.
