JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective B2B leads for our range of services. The role involves a mix of research, outreach, and coordination with the sales team to create a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities. You will play a crucial role in building the top of the sales funnel and accelerating business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Any graduate
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in company database for like Apollo, Rocketreach, similar.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools.
  • Persistent, organized and goal-oriented with a passion for connecting with people.
  • Ability to research and identify decision-makers in mid-to-large enterprises..

PREFERRED EXPERIENCED

  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in IT, software, or digital services.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to innovate and take initiative.
  • Experience managing B2B website projects and digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with UAE market and client expectations.
  • A collaborative team player with a growth-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients across industries in Dubai.
  • Generate qualified leads through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns and cold calling.
  • Build, manage, and update prospect databases and CRM entries with detailed outreach notes and follow-up schedules.
  • Engage prospects with compelling messaging and presentations tailored to our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to hand over Qualified Leads.
  • Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation metrics and conversion rates.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve targeting strategy.
