REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong listener with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to and navigate objections.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent: required
• Fluency in English language: required.
• Sales experience: 1 year required
• Telemarketing/Call Center experience: 1 year required, 2-3 years preferred
• Customer Service Experience: 1 year preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Prolonged periods of time in a call center environment, sitting at a desk, entering data on a computer, and verbally communicating over the phone using a headset.
