Jani-King International is looking for a reliable and adaptable Lead Generator & Administrative Support Representative to join our busy Pittsburgh regional office. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of focused administrative work and light outreach to help grow local business connections.
In this role, you’ll support day-to-day office operations while also helping identify potential business opportunities in the Pittsburgh area. It’s a great opportunity for someone who values variety, works well in a team, and wants to contribute to a well-established organization with room to grow.
This position requires daily in-office presence at our Pittsburgh location, located at 2000 Cliff Mine Road, Suite 410, Pittsburgh, PA 15275, and cannot be performed remotely. We believe in the power of in-person collaboration and building strong team connections.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar sales or administrative position
  • Strong incoming and outgoing phone presence
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Confident sales ability and go-getter mentality
  • Computer research skills and strong Internet search capabilities
  • Self-motivated with personal discipline and drive to make a difference

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
