WHO WE ARE

Allpropertyclaims is an FCA regulated niche business providing an end to end service for property owners to make a claim to their insurance company for water damage, leaks and fire damage. We will present the claim, survey and assess the costs of damage and negotiate a settlement after which we will carry out restoration and reinstatement works with our panel contractors. We are a small highly skilled team known and established for 14 years in the industry providing excellent customer service and concrete results for our clients.
Our service is FREE to clients as we cover all our costs from the building work approved in the insurance claims settlement.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Hungry, resourceful and entrepreneurial individual who thrives on getting in new business , earning commission and is used to sourcing at least 60 new prospects and making up to 60 phone calls per day
  • Established, active and current contacts with insurance brokers, block managing agents
  • Persuasive , skilled individual with a track record in selling a service on the phone and the ability to pitch a service convincingly
  • Proven track record in selling a service or product to one or more of the above target markets.
  • We are looking for someone who has the enthusiasm, energy and contacts to generate at least 5 claims a month in this role

SKILLS NEEDED

  • Excellent communicator who is convincing and persuasive
  • Relentless, tenacious personality with a can-do attitude
  • Methodical work style in dealing with prospects with rigorous follow up of leads
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Excel
    We will train the successful candidate on how to explain our service and point out its benefits to the referrer to convince referrers to take it up and how to onboard referred leads as customers.
    This is an excellent opportunity for a succesful developer of new business with a proven track record looking for a new challenge with unlimited earning potential in a company which is an established player in the field. The OTE is £50,000 p.a. made up of a basic salary of £28,750 p.a. plus an industry-leading commission structure.

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY TARGETED BY THE ROLE

There is a HUGE potential to generate awareness of our service to insurance brokers with clients who are property owners and block managing agents who manage flats all over the London area and continually deal with incidents of water damage within flats caused by leaks and burst pipes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Create a Referral Network of Insurance Brokers and Block Managing Agents who will refer clients so you can onboard them :

  • Build a targeted list of prospects by desktop research
  • Call insurance brokers with a large property owners book and Block Managing Agents
  • Explain the service we offer to homeowners and property owners to deal with their property damage from leaks, burst pipes and water damage under their buildings insurance
  • Arrange face to face appointments with brokers and managing agents to explain the benefits of our service
  • Develop and nurture relationships with referrers in these target markets to ensure a steady flow of business.
  • Explain the company’s service to referred policyholders and onboard them as new clients
  • You will be required to fact find from each potential client , sell our service by phone and actively seek an instruction for us to deal with their insurance claim.
  • Request insurance schedules
  • Send out contracts to new prospects to onboard them
  • Once onboarded , arrange for one of our surveyors to meet the client and commence our process
