TMC Restoration is growing — and we’re looking for outgoing, energetic people to represent our business at malls and trade shows. You’ll be the first face people see at our booth, offering free in-home estimates for furniture restoration, reupholstery and refinishing.
This is a social, fast-paced role ideal for someone who loves talking to people, works independently, and is motivated to earn based on results.
We encourage semi-retirees who enjoy talking to apply.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and engage with shoppers at our event booth
• Offer free home estimates for furniture restoration
• Ask a few qualifying questions and record lead info
• Travel to malls and venues across the GTA (100km radius)

What We Offer:

• $22–$24/hour starting wage
• $3 bonus per qualified lead
• $25-$28/hour overall compensation
• Mileage compensation for longer travel
• Paid training and team support
• Consistent weekly hours (weekends required)

Who You Are:

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
• Able to work in a busy environment
• Own a reliable vehicle and willing to travel up to 100km
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, promotions, or events is a plus — but not required

Schedule:

• Shifts available Monday to Sunday
• Flexible hours based on event schedule
• Part and full-time available

You’ll be working indoors at staffed venues, supported by a team that wants to see you succeed.
