OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential business leads through various channels, including telemarketing and CRM software. Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality leads that contribute to our sales pipeline, while effectively communicating with prospects in both English and Spanish.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in a telemarketing environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to manage leads and track interactions.
  • Identify potential B2B sales opportunities through research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as viable leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads into the sales process.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities within the CRM system.
