JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Glass Installer to join and lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. As the lead Glass Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of glass products, including curtainwall, windows, doors, flashing, etc. in commercial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE

• 5-10 years previous experience in glass installation or related construction fields is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Supervise and perform professional installation of products and materials.
• Read and interpret blue prints and shop drawings for installation requirements.
• Coach, guide and provide training for any junior installers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Perform minor repairs on existing glass installations as required.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines during all installation processes.
