Description
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support operational processes across multiple functions and overseas offices Help implement SOPs, operational policies, and company-wide initiatives Assist with annual budgeting, expenditure tracking, and financial variance analysis Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership Support compliance efforts related to ISO 27001, ISO 27701 & ISO 22301 Maintain risk registers and assist in risk mitigation and business continuity activities Serve as the operational focal point for ERP workflow support (SIR, Non-PO, GRN) Facilitate collaboration with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Practice Heads, and Country Teams to ensure smooth execution of operational priorities Person Specifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification Minimum 5 years' experience in operations or corporate support functions Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills Knowledge of governance, compliance, ISO standards, and risk management (preferred) Excellent communication skills in English (Sinhala is an added advantage) Organized and detail-oriented A strong collaborator and relationship-builder Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines Vendor submissions - 12 months
