Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a lead mechanic to ensure that all our customers have a fun, engaging experience with us in a safe environment.
It’s the role of a lead mechanic to make sure that the maximum number of karts are available at any given time for track sessions, whilst managing and training a small team of mechanics and working to TeamSport processes and procedures to make sure all administrative and reporting tasks are carried out.

YOUR DUTIES

  • Conduct monthly servicing of all karts in line withTeamSport guidelines.
  • Lead and train the track team in kart cleaning, ensuring fleet cleanliness is maintained at all times.
  • Contribute to the repair and maintenance of track.
  • Infrastructure to NKA standards, in compliance with track audits.
  • Execute all duties within the framework of track procedures and operational guidelines.
