Core Job Objectives: L4 technical experts resolve issues that are typically difficult or subtle. L4 engineers participate in management, prioritization, major design and enhancements, major incident activities, problem management, stability analysis, on-call support, etc. These support leaders have specific, deep understanding and expertise in one or two technology platforms (for example, CyberArk, IAM process, Network, Firewall, Windows/Unix Admin etc.). L4 engineers are proactive in nature, identifying problems in advance and looking for continuous service improvement opportunities. Must have prior experience with CyberArk configurations and major enhancement / development with problem solving skills. L4 engineers generally have 10 or more years of relevant experience. Duties and responsibilities Independent contributor for new demand Providing solution for customer requirements Capable to handle & troubleshoot priority incidents Patching and handling changes Creating KB’s and Technical documentation Log Analysis on GPAM component servers Open CyberArk Tickets Setting up different (test) systems Open / prolong Firewall Changes 24/7 On-call Support Co-ordination with Engineering Team/ process owners etc. Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills Must Have: BE in Computer Science or equal.
