Description

YOUR MISSION:

Parloa is looking for an experienced Lead Graphic Designer (f/m/d)* to bring to life our brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving art direction, design craft, and creative innovation. You will design and direct high-impact brand campaigns, digital marketing, event design, product visualisation, high-stakes presentations, and more. You’ll join our in-house Creative Studio, reporting directly to our Chief Brand Officer, to set the standard for how Parloa shows up visually: hands-on in execution, decisive in direction, and professionally guiding a growing team of in-house and freelance designers. In addition, you will implement new innovative AI solutions to improve our team’s execution speed and quality.
This role combines design excellence, team mentorship, and AI-driven innovation. You’ll ensure that Parloa’s brand design system is not only consistent and precise but also visionary, guiding, and emotionally resonant.
