We’re looking for a visionary Lead Graphic Designer to shape and elevate the MPB brand across every touchpoint – from global campaigns to day-to-day creative execution.

This is a leadership role for someone who still loves rolling up their sleeves – balancing hands-on design work with direction, critique, and strategic thinking. You’ll partner across marketing, content, and product teams to deliver inspiring, cohesive design that resonates with creators around the world.
Leading creative direction across brand, marketing, product, and internal communications
Translating brand strategy into high-quality, scalable visual systems
Partnering with stakeholders to bring strong design thinking to the table
Advocating for the role and impact of design within the organisation
Mentoring and developing a small but mighty team of in-house designers
️ Reviewing and giving feedback on design output, ensuring excellence and consistency
Evolving MPB’s visual identity in collaboration with marketing and content leads
️ Working with Creative Ops and cross-functional teams to streamline processes
Directing external creative partners, freelancers and agencies as needed
Supporting the entire creative lifecycle – from concept through to execution
