Description

CROP CULTIVATION MANAGEMENT:

· Collaborate in developing and executing planting schedules, successions, and harvest schedules with precision, optimizing timing and spacing for various crops whilst ensuring continuous production to meet local market demand and revenue targets.
· Vigilantly monitor plant health and growth, promptly diagnosing and remedying issues such as nutrient deficiencies, pests, and diseases.
· Assist in managing irrigation systems, meticulously scheduling watering to meet plant requirements and environmental conditions, ensuring optimal hydration.
· Implement sustainable practices to maintain soil health and fertility, employing regenerative and organic methods such as compost and compost tea applications.
· Conduct comprehensive crop maintenance tasks, including soil tilling, seed planting, fertilization, weeding, and timely harvesting.
· Maintain meticulous records of planting dates, growth rates, harvest yields, inventory levels, and other essential farm data.
· Perform weekly duties related to compost and compost tea production.
· Flexibly adapt to evolving priorities and schedules, assisting in various farm-related tasks such as sales and packaging as required.
· Ensure all daily and weekly farm related tasks are completed with efficiency and timeliness
