Job Description The Head of Growth is a key strategic leader in foodpanda – in charge of balancing marketplace levers and customer This role owns the full growth engine — from pricing strategy and promotional mechanics to lifecycle marketing and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and an operator: someone who can design scalable growth levers while also diving deep into data, executing with cross-functional stakeholders, and making bold decisions that move real business metrics. Key Responsibilities Own the strategy for allocating incentives and pricing structure for all business units (food delivery, groceries, subscription, etc.) Build a strategy for user acquisition, decide on where to allocate budget across the entire funnel – from performance marketing to in-app conversion Work with Accounts Management teams to develop co-funded campaigns with vendor partners Identify and execute opportunities to improve the retention, frequency, and lifetime value of acquired customers Provide insights on platform-wide topline and bottomline financial planning Design and implement rigorous experimentation practices on campaigns Measure and optimize the ROI of voucher, discount, and pricing programs Build dashboards and deep-dives to regularly explain changes in customer behavior Influence local and regional cross-functional teams through data-driven storytelling Lead and develop a high-performing team of Growth Managers and Analysts Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor's degree 6–10+ years of experience in growth, strategy, consulting, tech, or marketplace businesses Strong analytical foundation (SQL, modeling, experiment design preferred) Proven track record managing P&L or large performance budgets Deep understanding of marketplace economics and promotional mechanics Ability to balance short-term targets with long-term optimization Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Additional Information What we offer A dynamic and challenging work environment.
