Description The Dallas Arboretum is looking for an energetic, people-first Lead, Guest Experience Ticket Booth professional to help bring our guest experience to life! In this role, you’ll lead a dynamic team at the front lines, ensuring every guest interaction (whether at the ticket booth or over the phone) is welcoming, smooth, and memorable.
