Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Promote waxing services, packages, and memberships to meet sales goals
• Educate guests on our exclusive beauty product line
• Upsell and cross-sell services and products to maximize revenue
• Manage front desk operations: check-ins, check-outs, and reservation scheduling
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized reception area
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
