About the Role We are looking for Lead Guide who will be responsible for leading a studio of 10-15 students, designing and facilitating learning experiences, and building a strong, values-driven culture. This role blends teaching, coaching, and leadership. We are looking for an experienced teacher to be the Lead Guide in our Curiosity studio that serves learners in the 2nd through 4th grade. This role is ideal for educators with 2-3 years of experience who are looking to be part of an innovative educational organization and develop further in their career.
