• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are needed, along with excellent people management skills and a disciplined and process-oriented approach.
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.

The Lead Hand is responsible for overseeing and operating the crushing plant. This role’s primary focus is to lead the health and safety of the plant, while operating to achieve maximum productivity and the lowest production cost at all stages of operation.
