SUMMARY

We are seeking a Lead Hand to join our dynamic team in the plumbing sector located in Duncan BC. This pivotal role is essential for leading a dedicated team, to uphold our commitment to quality service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10 years plumbing experience or more
• experienced in both commercial and residential plumbing
• have heavy Trailor endorsement
• Be able to read house plans , blue prints or engineered drawings
• troubleshoot issues in commercial and residential jobs
• Knowledge of sewer and water pump systems
• trouble shooting on demand domestic and hydronic systems
• Operate excavator
• Trenching in water and sewer lines
• Good at multitasking
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week

• Communicate with our job dispatcher to organize and run jobs efficiently
• assess jobs and quote efficiently in both residential and commercial Plumbing sectors
• Oversee and assist staff at jobs when needed
• Track man hours and material on larger jobs
• Bill out larger jobs
• Communicate with managers and home owners effectively
• transport excavators to job sites
• operate excavator
• Be on the tools
• Oversee staff meetings
• Pick up and deliver material when needed
