Ambassador Building Maintenance Ltd. is hiring experienced Lead Hands to join our Construction Cleaning Division. We’re looking for hands-on leaders with supervisory or lead hand experience in the cleaning industry, ideally within post-construction or commercial environments. These positions require individuals who can perform construction cleaning tasks, confidently lead crews, drive company vehicles, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

• Supervise, coordinate, and work alongside cleaning crews on construction job sites
• Perform detailed post-construction and final cleaning tasks
• Ensure schedules, site access, and daily assignments are organized
• Communicate clearly with site supervisors, contractors, and your team
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and enforce safety protocols
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites (materials and crew transport)
• Mentor and train cleaning staff as needed
