We’re looking for a Lead Hand to join our excavation team at 107 Excavating Inc., where we specialize in site development for residential, commercial, and municipal projects. This full-time role requires strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in excavation, as you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating crew activities, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting equipment operators and laborers. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and experienced in reading site plans, managing timelines, and communicating effectively with supervisors and clients. Preferred qualifications include a valid DZ or AZ driver’s license, familiarity with heavy equipment operations, and certifications such as WHMIS, Working at Heights, First Aid/CPR, or equivalent safety training.
