Do you enjoy leading a team and working in a fast-paced environment? Cambridge Treats is growing, and we’re looking for a Lead Hand – Packaging Department to help guide our packaging team and keep our production running smoothly.
As a Lead Hand, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting the Packaging Supervisor while ensuring your team meets quality, safety, and production goals. This is a great opportunity for someone with packaging or food manufacturing experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

• Lead and support the packaging team during your shift, scheduling breaks and working closely with management on the extruder line.
• Assign tasks and keep production flowing to meet daily targets.
• Ensure products are packaged, labeled, and coded accurately.
• Train and mentor team members in safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report larger concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized packaging area.
