Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Hand to join our dynamic team in overseeing daily operations within our warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse or manufacturing activities, ensuring timely order picking, packing, and load/unload operations.
• Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, and other machinery safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility.
• Lead hands with powder coating and conveyor line experience
• Hot, physical, fast-paced powder coating shop.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
