EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment, minimum 1-2 years in a lead capacity.
• Familiarity with cabinet or woodworking production/quality control.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficient with inspection tools and measurements using a tape measure in mm.
• Strong math aptitude for precise measurement and calculations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lb.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Background in cabinet/joinery manufacturing.
• Experience with 5S/lean methodologies and QC best practices.
• Formal training or certification in quality control or supervisory programs.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Lead a team responsible for verifying the quality of cabinet doors and parts before packaging or assembly. Ensure compliance with design specifications, maintain production flow, and coach staff in quality standards.
