MINIMUM EDUCATION:

• College Diploma (2 years) from an accredited institution.

EXPERIENCE:

• 4+ years in Food Manufacturing Industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency with SAP (an asset).
• Excellent communication skills in English—written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Ability to adapt to changing production needs and business requirements.
  NOTE: Employee may be required to perform other duties as required or requested to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

• Distribute and assign work based on the daily production schedule and daily targets.
• Support the Production Supervisor with process improvements and problem-solving.
• Monitor product quality and recommend process enhancements.
• Manage and train new and existing employees on procedures, safety, and best practices.
• Ensure all staff follow company policies and health & safety protocols.
• Track attendance, address performance issues, and report irregularities.
• Troubleshoot minor machine-related issues.
• Complete and submit daily production reports.
