OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Hand to join our team. The Lead Hand will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for effective project execution.
  • Experience with construction estimating to accurately forecast project costs.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes to uphold industry standards.
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Knowledge of construction management software, particularly Bluebeam and ProCore, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
