Lead advanced hardware design. Mentor engineers. Own projects end-to-end. Packet Digital is hiring a Lead Hardware Engineer to drive PCB-based product development and lead a growing engineering team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who wants both design ownership and team influence.
