About Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (PACS):
At PACS, we are committed to giving peace of mind to our customers by offering health solutions that give customers help when they need it most. Our Health team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of health propositions in Singapore. We are now looking for a strategic and collaborative Product and Proposition Senior Manager to lead the development of “Just Right” health products that meet the diverse needs of our customers in Singapore.
Role Purpose:
This role will be instrumental in co-creating health product propositions for PACS business joined with Prudential Group Health team and building a high-performing health product ecosystem that delivers safe, sustainable, and commercially attractive health solutions. The successful candidate will also lead the product lifecycle, from ideation to in-life performance, and build a Center of Excellence (CoE) to scale best practices across Singapore health product market.
