Description JOB SUMMARY As the Lead Host, you’ll be the welcoming face of Luna by Giada at Caesars Republic Scottsdale, setting the tone for exceptional guest experiences. You’ll lead the host team, manage reservations, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations, all while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for every guest. WHAT YOU’LL DO · Greet guests with a genuine smile and a warm welcome, ensuring every arrival feels special. · Oversee the host team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to deliver excellent service. · Manage reservations and coordinate table assignments to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times. · Communicate effectively with front- and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service. · Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. · Train and mentor new hosts, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. · Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area. · Assist with special events, private dining, and group bookings to ensure a flawless experience. · Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the restaurant. WHAT YOU BRING · Experience in a host or front-of-house role in a restaurant or hospitality environment. · Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-first attitude. · Familiarity with reservation systems and restaurant operations. · Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. · A passion for delivering incredible guest experiences and creating memorable moments.
