Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all payroll and personnel administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Luxembourg labor laws.
Manage contracts, benefits, and mandatory compliance requirements, acting as the central authority for HR administrative matters.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to implement and refine HR policies and procedures effectively.
Analyze and improve HR operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.Provide timely and precise reporting to the HR Directorate and local/international management teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
10+ years of experience in HR administration, with a strong focus on payroll, compliance, and process optimization.
Comprehensive knowledge of Luxembourg labor laws and HR administrative systems.
Languages: fluency in French and English are mandatory; intermediate level of Italian will be considered an advantage.
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage complex processes and meet tight deadlines.
Previous experience in the banking sector or within large multinational organizations is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
