Job Description We’re seeking a Lead HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor on the Regional Retail Leadership Team. This role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on leadership, ensuring teammate engagement, compliance, and organizational success across multiple retail locations. 🔑 What You’ll Do Partner closely with store leaders to deliver proactive HR support aligned with business goals Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning Champion values and culture by fostering an inclusive, respectful, and engaging environment Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement enterprise-wide initiatives in talent, compensation, benefits, and DEI Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and operational impact Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws and company policies Lead change management efforts and initiatives that drive teammate engagement and retention Oversee headcount management and partner with recruitment teams to ensure timely staffing Qualifications Must-Haves 8+ years of HR experience with multi-unit location management (50+ sites) Strong knowledge of state and federal HR laws and practices Willingness to travel up to 50% (day trips, occasional overnight) Relational, trust-building, and consultative approach with all levels of leadership Proven experience in change management and organizational development 🌟 Preferred Skills Retail HR experience Bilingual (Spanish) SHRM or HRCI certification Union environment experience Automotive industry background Additional Information Why Join Us Competitive base + 15% annual bonus Hybrid flexibility with Greater Minneapolis market focus Opportunity to shape HR strategy across a large, multi-unit retail footprint Collaborative, growth-focused leadership culture 🚦 Ready to Lead?
